BAPSN Membership

If you are considering joining BAPSN you must be a Registered Nurse on part 1 or Part 2 of the NMC register and work or be associated with plastic surgery / cosmetic surgery / burns nursing. Evidence of your NMC registration must be provided.

Become a BAPSN member for a subscription fee of only £40. This payment includes a BAPSN lapel badge for you to wear on your uniform and a BAPSN leather key fob. It will then cost you £25 for each subsequent year you renew your membership via a standing order agreement with your bank.

As a BAPSN member you will receive twice yearly newsletters with the latest plastic surgery news direct from your professional colleagues across the UK. Allow your self to network with Plastic Surgery health professionals at our regional study days, which provide evidence-based information regarding the most current practice. All study days are offered to our members at subsidised rate and some are even free. You will also have the opportunity to access other professional educational events (eg British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons), some at subsidised rates.

We have an educational fund which allow you as a member to apply for funding to support Academic study (eg degrees, courses), research studies you may be involved in or any other relevant educational issue which relates to Plastic Surgery which you feel will have a direct impact on your practice.
